By downloading, installing, or using the Innario - SDA Hymnal app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Innario is a free mobile application that provides access to Seventh-day Adventist hymns, Bible reading, church connectivity features, and related services. The App is designed to support personal worship and church community engagement.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for:
- Personal, non-commercial purposes
- Lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms
- Purposes consistent with the spiritual nature of the content
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any personal content you create in the App, such as notes and favorites. This content is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
5. Church Content
Content provided through the Church feature (bulletins, announcements, etc.) is the responsibility of the respective church administrators. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of church-provided content.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by ByteNero. Hymn lyrics and related content may be subject to copyright by their respective owners. The App is provided as a tool to access publicly available hymnal content for personal worship use.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the App to distribute harmful or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteNero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
